1977 – Mr. Tsai founded his first factory in Taiwan engaging in the production of semi-products of bicycle parts.
    
1992 – The factory was transformed into a limited company. Logan was established as a professional bicycle part manufacturer and exporter.
   
1995 – Logan China was set up.
      
1996 – Carried out LIS Logan Industrial Standard.
       
1997 – Logan China new factory was set up.
    　
1998 – Launched new product line suspension system
   
1999 – Launched new product line steering system
   
2001 – Adopted ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
    　
2002 – Launched new product line transmission system
    
2007 – Adopted EN norm for European market
